Johnston Hobbs is a seasoned baseball coach, serving as the head of 224/PEKE Performance, where he specializes in baseball talent evaluation, practice structure, coaching education, and talent management. With a wealth of coaching experience, Hobbs has led the Hungarian National Team to qualify for the 2023 European Championships. He has also served as the Head Coach/Field Manager for the Kokomo Jackrabbits in the Northwoods League (Collegiate) and held coaching positions with the Omaha Filthballers in the Cornbelt League and the Vermont Mountaineers in the NECBL. Coach Hobbs has won seven collegiate summer league titles in the last 12 years.

His coaching journey began as an assistant coach at Flanagan HS in Pembroke Pines, FL, where the team achieved National Champions status in 2010 and was ranked #1 twice. Hobbs has an extensive background as an NCAA D1 Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator in the Big Ten, ACC and SEC conferences. A former professional athlete with eight seasons under his belt and experience as a bullpen catcher for three seasons, Hobbs has personally coached over 20 drafted affiliated professional players and six European League players, showcasing his impactful contributions to the world of baseball.

Hobbs has an extensive background as an NCAA D1 Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator in the Big Ten, ACC, and SEC conferences. His coaching journey in Florida began as an assistant coach at Flanagan HS in Pembroke Pines, FL, where the team achieved National Champions status in 2010 and was ranked #1 Nationally again in 2014. After relocating to NC in 2017, he coached at Apex Friendship HS. Hobbs serves as a member of the NHSBCA National Ranking Committee as well as the National Asst Coach of the Year Committee. He has served as a guest speaker at 6 National Conventions, the ABCA Barnstormers Series, and many State organizations. Hobbs is a former professional athlete with eight seasons experience and served as a bullpen catcher for the last three seasons of his career. Hobbs has personally coached over 20 drafted and several current MLB affiliated players as well as six European League players, showcasing his impactful contributions to the world of baseball.

Robby Scott, a former MLB pitcher, embarked on a successful baseball journey that began with his graduation from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 2007. He honed his skills at Broward College from 2007 to 2009 and then showcased his talent at Florida State University, leading the team to a College World Series appearance in 2010. Drafted by the Boston Red Sox in 2011, Scott made a lasting impact during his seven-year tenure with the team, making his Major League debut in 2016. Notably, he was a vital part of the Red Sox's 2018 World Series Championship team and was recognized off the field with the prestigious Tim Wakefield Community Service Award in 2017. Following his time with the Red Sox, Scott played for the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2019 before continuing his career with the Monterrey Sultanes in the Mexican Baseball League in 2021, solidifying his legacy as a versatile and accomplished pitcher.
